1. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to worldwide and most countries, like United Sates, United Kindom, Canada, France and etc.
While we don't provide shipping service to Span, India, Brazil, Italy, Ukraine and Kazakhstan at present, and also never ship to Caribbean such dangerous areas.
2. How much is the shipping fee?
We provide free shipping to most countries, while charge about $10-25 shipping fee for some countries, such as ZAF,UKR,NGA,ARE,ISR,SAU,POL and other remote African countries.
3. How long does shipping take?
USA: 3-7 working days
International: 4-7 working days
(Longer for slow-to-ship countries, or longer if under Covid-19)
But before shipping, some hair especially for some wigs need to be processed for about 1-6 working days. So if you need some hair at a certain day, please contact customer service in advance to ask the delivery time according to what you will order and which country ship to. We will check if the hair is in stock and the delivery time for you.
4. Why do some wigs need time to process?
Some wigs need to be processed in order, need to be made by some bundles with one closure or frontal once worker receive the order.
And some wigs are in stock and ready to ship once you place order. That depends on different wig colors, hair texture, wig types, wig length...
5. Can you do small or large cap size?
Our wigs are medium cap size, which is 22.5 inch suitable for most customers.
If the wig you want is 4x4/5x5/6x6/13x4/13x6 wig and want small or large, please leave a comment that you want small cap or large cap when you place order, we will see it and ship you a small or large.
If you want 360 lace front wigs, full lace wigs, T part wigs, U part wigs or headband wigs, they usually cannot do small or large cap.
6. What’s the wig length You suggest?
For wig length, most of our customers like 22-30 inches especially. But different hair textures show different length on body and different customers have own ideas and likes. Just select as you want. If you need help, please contact us for suggestion and tell me which wig you want.
7. How to select wig density?
Wig density means wig thickness. So the larger density, the thicker the wig is. 180% density is a medium density, not too thin or thick for most customers. If you want to look full, then 200% density even 250% density.
8. Where do you ship from?
Our shipping facility is currently located in Xuchang, China. But we also have a warehouse in NY, USA with limited stock, some hair can be shipped there.
9. Which payment method you accpet?
We accept the following payment methods on website: PayPal, Credit Card Or Debit Card, Pay by Installments With Afterpay.
We also accept Zelle Or Cashapp, Bank Transfer, Western Union as offline payment method.
10. Why my payment won't go through?
If checkout failed, please refresh page or clear browser cache or change payment method and try again. If still failed, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or our Livechat. And provide the failure prompt screenshot to us, we will try our best to help.
11. How do I track my package?
You will be emailed a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number to track the shipment of your package after it was shipped out. Then you can please track it on logistics official website to track or track on our website: https://www.yolissahair.com/track-order
12. What is the double drawn range?
Our double drawn range means thick and voluptuous hair from top to bottom. This is in contrast to the natural ends like our own hair has, which may be thinner towards the bottom.
13. What is your exchange or return policy?
Please contact our after-sale service at email email@example.com or whatsApp 0086 19837431863 if any problems. Please describe the problem and provide the pics or videos as proof or show the hair status. Then we will give you solution or provide you return address. But please note: If the hair was used, cut, bleached or dyed or any behaviors that affect our second sale, the hair maybe not returned or exchange.

14. How do I know which colour to choose?
If you are unsure on which colour will match you, feel free to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us on Livechat, we will give you suggestion or help you check if we can customize a color.
15. Can my Yolissa Hair Products be dyed?
Our extensions are 100% human hair that have gone through its own dyeing process, and although they were constructed to accept color, we do suggest getting a professional opinion by an experienced colorist. Dyeing may lead to shortening the lifespan of your Yolissa Hair Products and possibly cause damage if not done correctly. We also recommend not lightening or using any bleaching agents. We do not recommend dying our Ombre sets as they have been processed multiple times. Due to the processing they have gone through they do not take to dying well. Please keep in mind, that if chosen to dye Yolissa hair, it is up to the customers discretion and done at your own risk.
Tips: Natural black hair can be dyed to #27 color, cannot be dyed to 613 blonde.
16. Can I use styling tools on my Yolissa hair?
Yes you can! We always recommend using a heat protectant spray. And the best method to protect hair from heat damage is to limit hair’s exposure to high temperatures. For natural black color hair, please don’t set the temperature to exceed 400 degrees Fahrenheit. For 613 blonde hairs and colored hairs, the heat setting tool should not be over 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
17. Can I wash my Yolissa Hair Products?
Absolutely, please wash your hair regularly. Try staying away from shampoos with sulphate in them and use hydrating conditioners! Leave-in conditioners and heat protectants will prolong your Yolissa life span.
18. How often do I wash my Yolissa Hair Products?
If you wear it everyday, then do regular washing, like about once or twice one week. And do deep condition.
19. How long do Yolissa Hair extensions typically last?
Human hair can be last about 6 months to one year, even longer if under good condition. That depends on how they are cared for and maintained.
20. My Yolissa hair are shedding, what do I do?
Some shedding is normal within the first couple wears, just like your own hair! But if you feel your Yolissa hair are shedding excessively, please feel free to contact us.
