1.To ensure the hair quality, some hair needs time to customize after order confirmation, we will send you the tracking number by email right away once your hair is ready to ship.
2.You can please check your email or junk mail first to see if there is an email including your tracking number, or check your order information to make sure you left us the correct email when you order.
3.If there is no problem about your email, you can please contact us by email, WhatsApp or LiveChat, offer your order number or email address, we will help to check your order status.

1.Please make sure you are tracking the correct number on the correct website. If you cannot track order here, please try to track it on logistics official website.

2.Some logistics companies will update the tracking information after 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays), so you can please track it after 1-2 business days.

We usually ship your order ASAP once it was processed. Sometimes there are shipping delays due to severe weather, flights delayed or canceled, too many parcels during holidays...such unexpected force majeure. Hope you can understand.
Usually, the order can not be canceled when your package is already in transit. If you really do not need the hair anymore, please contact us at first, or receive the parcel and keep its original status for returning, we will try our best to help. Do not refuse it or return it directly, or you will pay extra fees and tax.
