1. Can you customize small or large cap size for this wig?
Sorry, for this flash sale bob wig, there is only medium cap size. Our medium cap size is about 22.5 inch, it will fit 90% customers, so most customers should suit this medium cap size. If you really want to small or large cap size, please shop normal straight short wig at higher price.
2. How long is shipping?
About 2-5 working days to USA. We have these in stock in New York City, so it will take about 2-5 working days to ship to USA shipping address, or it will take about 3-7 working days to other countries. But before shipping, we will send you a confirmation email, please confirm your order information in time, then we can arrange shipment in 24 hours (except weekends).
3. What is your return policy?
Once you get the wig, please unpack from the edge of package carefully. Don't unpack from middle forcibly to avoid tearing lace. Pls don't cut lace, use, bleach, dye...try it on to check if it fit your head. Just keep it in orginal status until you check everthing is fine. And if you really want to return it back to us when the wig is in orginal status, please contact us in 15 days once you get it, we will send you return address.
